By submitting this form, you understand that this is an enrollment application to a school. Upon acceptance, current district residents will be automatically enrolled into this school according to the guidelines established by the charter school and KMHS.

Academic Information

For all new students, courses are chosen according to your charter school policy. You will not need to register for most core academic courses until your charter school registration window begins (Typically spring through next fall). If you intend to take a world language on the KMHS Campus, indicate so below.

Certifications

Submission of this form is considered an application to Kettle Moraine School for Arts and Performance (KM Perform). If accepted, you will be enrolled into KM Perform and not into the legacy Kettle Moraine High School.

DISTRICT RESIDENTS: By clicking submit, applicants acknowledge that this is an enrollment application to a school. Applications made after February 5th may result in removing your Legacy/KMHS course requests and automatic enrollment into the Charter school upon acceptance.
