Kevin Erickson is the director if the Kettle Moraine School for Arts and Performance (KM Perform), one of the district's first high school personalized learning communities. His interest in collaboration and competency-based education and his graduate degree in computing from Marquette University inspired My Learning Collaborative (myLC), a student-centered tool to manage learning in Interdisciplinary Learning Collaboratives. A longtime arts educator, he has interest in collaborative communities that foster creativity and innovation in all subject areas. Kevin has presented on Interdisciplinary Learning Collaboratives and Competency-Based Systems and hosted hundreds of educators throughout the midwest.
Laura Dahm's vision and experience with multiage learning environments, project-based learning, and personalized learning is shaping the vision and direction of elementary and middle level schools throughout the Midwest. As the director of KM Explore, Kettle Moraine School District's first elementary charter school, Laura is also one of a team of district directors who serve dual roles as administrators and teachers, providing action research that transforms the traditional school structures. Laura is frequently a guest presenter at conferences and school districts on the subject of technology integration and personalized learning.
