Academic Information

For all new students, courses are chosen according to your charter school policy. You will not need to register for most core academic courses until your charter school registration window begins (Typically spring through next fall). If you intend to take a world language on the KMHS Campus, indicate so below.

If you also intend on taking a music class, indicate the course preference below.

Certifications

Submission of this form is considered an application to the Global School for Leadership and Innovation (KM Global). If accepted, you will be enrolled into KM Global and not into the legacy Kettle Moraine High School.

Please initial each statement below to acknowledge. Incomplete or inaccurate information will delay application and may disqualify the applicant.




DISTRICT RESIDENTS: By clicking submit, applicants acknowledge that this is an enrollment application to a school. Applications made after February 5th may result in removing your Legacy/KMHS course requests and automatic enrollment into the Charter school upon acceptance.
